the harvest of 2021
The harvest of 2021 is already behind us! Despite the changeable weather, all grains and seeds were harvested without any issues. The brewing barley, cornflower, plantain, clover, and potatoes have been taken off the fields. Thanks to our own combine, to which we can make our own adjustments for fine-seeded crops, we were able to get everything perfectly from the land. The yields were good, and the costs were low, which is why the balance has turned out favorably.
It turns out that polycultures can create a beneficial symbiosis between plants and attract the desired natural predators. Most crops have been grown entirely without nitrogen-based fertilizers and chemicals, which, in addition to the environmental impact, also has a favorable result on the required labor and costs.
